FIRST IMPRESSION REVIEW: GENTLEMASK MODELING CLAY by Charis

          Hi guys, last week I got my prize from Charis Official Contest (www.hicharis.net) and included on that package are 3 try me products they are offering. I was curious about this mask- Gentlemask, since it's not the usual mask that we have here in the Philippines. It dries in rubberised finish which fascinates me.

The box comes into 6 sachet that includes 3 types of mask.

Each of this comes in two sachet, the powder and the gel...

all you need to do is to mix it and luckily they've send me the mixing bowl and spatula too. 😍😍😍

after mixing it, proceed to the next step of applying it to your face....

and leave it for 15-20 mins...

once its dry, peel it and no need to rinse it off, that simple...

Pros:

• No need to rinse it off
• easy to peel off
• very refreshing, relaxing and calming on the face
• matt finish after peeling it off
• fast drying mask
• bit pricey

Cons:

• fast drying mask that you need to put it in your face really fast
• one used each set
• not available in any store here in philippines.
• once applied early it will drip, once applied late, its hard to apply.

but overall, though there are some Cons for this mask, its a different experience to try this rubberized mask...

COLOUR POP HAUL + SWATCHES 2016

Last March 26, 2016, I received the products that I’ve order from colour pop website (www.colourpop.com). A lot of you guys are requesting for me to do a haul video and swatches of the item I got.

This is not a sponsored or anything. all item were bought with my own money. I am going to divide them in different set.

First part will be the ULTRA MATTE LIP…

I know a lot of youtubers and bloggers already reviewed and feature this products. I just want to share my thoughts about it.

TRAP is a dusty greyed out beige (“greige”) color. It reminds me of my fave lipstick from Shu Uemura’s Beige-a-porter, and since I love nude, this is one of my favourite.

BEEPER is warm mid-tone taupe, which you can wear everyday, it reminds me the lipstick that I wore in late 1990’s from AVON.

I am really not sure what to say about KAPOW the color is very strange to me, but I guess this is what’s in right now, thanks to Kylie Jenner…This Ultra matte lip has this muted grey taupe color. It takes a lot of guts to wear it.

LUMIERE2 has this cool tone nude pink but dries into a brownish pink. Perfect for everyday  lip color.

TEENY TINY is a deep greyed out plum, I also love this color. It also reminds me of my younger years and the California Raisin Lipstick that we used to wear when we perform on stage.

LIMBO, one of the darkest I have, is deep chocolate brown, another Kylie Jenner revival color as it’s already a thing in 90’s-2000’s. I love this color though it is dark. It fits my skintone.

THE KAEPOP COLLECTION

CHI, the lightest and nude color of three, is a cool tone nude beige. I love its creaminess and how it glides to my lips.

KAE, for me is a different shade since it has a deep warm yellow brown tone in it. I also love this color for being different.

Rooch, is the darkest among the Kaepop collection, it has deepened russet wine. I feel it is perfect to wear together with your glamorous LBD for a sophisticated look.

I also order one Ultra satin lip, since I’m really into nude, I ordered MESS AROUND, is mid-tone grey beige. I love this satin Lip as it glides to my lips smoothly.

Honestly I am not fond of this line since it’s kind of drying and hard to apply to my lips. I guess I really need to apply a lip balm before applying this Lippiestix.

I also purchased some eyeshadow products.

I love how creamy their eyeshadows, but the only problem is they tend to have glitter falls out, especially their pressed pigment.

And lastly I also purchased their newly released brow color pomade.

I love how it glides to the brows as I fill it in.. but if you have strong grip, beware since its to smear easily if you lack control…

that’s the complete haul. I hope you do like it..

The pomade itself has a very manageable consistency, though there is a tendency for it to dry up if left open and on hot weather. It is also light and very natural looking for an everyday look. If you wish for it to be darker, you can definitely build it up.

I love the product as it is but having the professional Dual-ended brush is an icing to the cake… I love how it’s dual-ended, its everything you need to apply the product. The brush is not flimsy, you can definitely control your application without worry.

Overall with its price, color match and product itself, I am amazed and overwhelmed with it… a must have for budget mommy like me… a new fave for my brows…

TACO BELLS NEW MEATY GRILLERS

Last , I was invited for a foodie meetup organized by Zomato Philippines and Taco Bell in Gateway, Araneta Center, Cubao. 

 

There, they introduced their newest product, the meaty grillers.

While waiting for the Meaty Grillers to be serve, we were given Bucket Nachos with Cheese Dip to munch with.

While waiting and munching we had games with our fellow bloggers...

And at last the dinner were served...

By the way Meaty Grillers have two option to choose from:

First is the Chili Cheese Potato Griller

It has potato, chili and my favorite cheese.... 

*I love the combination of potato and cheese with a bit chiliness in a soft taco.

Second option is the Pork Steak N' Onion

For this one it has rice, pork and I think it has caramelized onion..

*It taste a bit sweet combination for me.

It cost Php 85 pesos (ala carte) and Php 149.00 for a meal (with tacos and drinks)

Over all, I prefer the Chili Cheese Potato Griller over Pork Steak N' Onion. Basically because I really don't like the combination of soft taco and rice together plus it taste so sweet for me...

While eating giveaways were drawn.

And We (with Sachie) won a zomato shirt...
